Supervisory Board

To prepare an action plan/budget for each year. The Initiative owners, Alcoa Fjarðaál and Landsvirkjun, have the final say on the amount of capital channelled into the program, and the Supervisory Board prioritizes undertakings accordingly.
To oversee the Initiative Management and follow up on the budget and action plan
To propose suggestions for changes / new indicators whenever appropriate, in addition to deciding on any suggestions that might be received
To decide on publishing and promotional matters
To bear responsibility for the topics and contents of the Initiative's annual general meeting
Anything else related to regular management of the Sustainability Initiative
